It's no secret that North Vancouver is hot spot in the mountain biking community. Early adopters of the sport have been riding trails in the North Shore mountains for many many years and it is now considered one of the top mountain biking destinations in the world.

Two people who have been riding those trails for almost as long are North Vancouver cycling legends Ken Maude & Rick Loader. They finally decided that they had spent enough time in other peoples bike shops and they needed to make the commitment to opening a store that reflected their values and carried products that they believed in.

The new bike store on the North Shore needed to kick it into high gear in order to make a positive impression fast and mandated reFresh Events with defining and developing their corporate brand, marketing materials, and in-store and off-site events & activities.
