After a year of planning, shopping for suppliers, completely building out a retail space, nervously signing off on loans, purchase orders, and lease agreements, and many sleepless nights, Lynn Valley Bikes was ready to throw themselves into the ring and open their doors. A Grand Opening event was planned that would capitalize on their new space and offer many reasons to get people coming through the doors: mountain bike demos, pro athletes, autograph sessions, industry reps, and an early season sale. This was all supported by a media campaign designed to hit multiple touch points and included newsprint, strategically placed signage, leveraging their website, and a social media campaign directed by the digital media gurus at Parallel 49. A very successful weekend for what is sure to be a very successful bike store. |
