We have been long time supporters of the solid work First United does in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside. One of their fundraising programs is the annual Duke Ellington concert at Andrew’s-Wesley United Church. It's an event we can't recommend enough and if you enter the concert knowing little about the Dukes music, you'll leaving wishing you had been introduced sooner.
